The proposed development at Charmers Granaries Land will include Residential, Commercial, and Office complexes and will be the Gateway to Port City. The 3.9248 Ha land area will be given on a 99-year Lease Basis for a total investment value of USD 1,000 Mn.

Air Force Land at Slave Island

The proposed development is a High-rise Mixed Development on 2.3601 Ha of land. The total investment value of this project is USD 2,500 Mn on a 99-year Lease Basis allocation.
